What started as a cloudy, rainy day turned into the most perfect afternoon for a couple’s photo session on Pensacola Beach. The day started with a glim forecast. My weather app showed non stop rain all day long. This was not the news I wanted to hear considering Karla and Eric’s beach session was scheduled for that afternoon. On top of that, they were leaving the beach the very next day so this was our only chance! However, after rain fell all day long, the weather cleared just in time for our evening shoot! You can imagine my excitement! There is something about the beach after a storm that is so beautiful. I couldn’t have been more excited since this was my first beach session since moving to Pensacola from Mississippi!

When Karla first reached out, all I knew was that she and her husband, Eric, were coming to Pensacola for vacation to celebrate their anniversary. Once we started chatting, we realized we actually went to college together! What a small world! These two were so fun and laid back, and I loved my time with them. I am so happy I was able to capture these special memories for them despite the crazy weather!
